For most residential projects we can provide a detailed written quote within 48 hours of an on-site visit. Larger design-build projects may take 3–5 business days to scope properly. We never quote without seeing the property.
Yes. Our annual maintenance programs cover weekly or bi-weekly lawn care, spring and fall clean-ups, mulching, fertilisation, and snow management. Contract clients receive priority scheduling and a fixed seasonal rate.
Yes. MeadowStone holds an Illinois Landscape Contractor license and carries $2 million general liability insurance plus workers' compensation. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
We operate year-round. Lawn care and planting services run April through November. Hardscaping typically runs April through October. Snow and ice management covers December through March for contract clients.
